Understandable results
Twice a year we'll check how far we've come in achieving our strategic goals. We check the amount of views, leads, likes, customer feedback, and other figures. But not only that. While some indicators are measurable, others are more about quality than quantity. For instance, have you had a situation when a customer or investor had already heard about your company when you contacted them for the first time? Is it easier to hire talent now as compared to before? We'll assign all of the indicators in the strategy before executing it.
